The campaign aimed to merge brand storytelling, strategic alignment, and cultural relevance to attract funding across music, wellness, tech, and community sectors.

🧭 Project Overview: A strategic partnership and sponsorship campaign designed to bring Northstar’s multidisciplinary vision to life at SXSW 2023. The proposal deck introduced Northstar’s ethos, bridging art, technology, healing, and entrepreneurship through an immersive retreat experience and flagship showcase called The Playground. The deck was used as both a storytelling tool and investor pitch, ultimately raising over $10,000 in sponsorship funding, including a new $5K brand partner (Too Lost). The resulting activation hosted panels, jam sessions, yoga, live interviews, and music performances in partnership with 24/7 Artists, Too Lost, and Devine Wellness.

🧠 My Approach
I led the development of this co-branded partnership proposal to position Northstar as a cultural force at the intersection of wellness, music, tech, and creativity. Grounded in Northstar’s core ethos — “Create Yourself, Together” — I shaped the deck’s visual and verbal identity to reflect a collective journey of self-discovery and community innovation.
My approach fused creative strategy, brand messaging, partner targeting, design, and experiential campaign planning to attract mission-aligned sponsors who value intention, impact, and culture-forward collaboration. I crafted a story-first structure that bridged mindfulness and music culture, visually aligning wellness branding with SXSW’s creative energy. The result was a cohesive, pitch-ready asset that clearly communicated Northstar’s value — ultimately securing over $10K in funding, including a $5K investment from music distribution company Too Lost and a $2.5K investment from Devine Wellness thus proving the power of intentional storytelling in high-stakes partnership pitching.
