Leveraging cultural relevance, music-tech synergy, and digital fan engagement, the project culminated in a live performance at LimeWire’s Metaverse Festival — successfully introducing NFT-backed music drops to mainstream audiences.
The proposal positioned Soulja Boy as a web3 pioneer and opened new pathways for music monetization and fan engagement through blockchain platforms like Crypto.com, Nifty Gateway, and Rarible.

🧠 My Approach
To secure buy-in from Soulja Boy’s team, I strategically blended music, culture, and Web3 in a proposal that felt both authentic and opportunistic. I conducted deep archival research, surfacing old tweets where Soulja expressed interest in NFTs and embedded those directly into the deck to root the collaboration in a story only Soulja could tell. By designing a highly visual pitch that mirrored Limewire’s early 2000s nostalgia with modern crypto culture, I helped position the campaign as a full-circle moment in his career.
This intentional, artist-forward approach ultimately led to Soulja Boy performing with Lil Bitcoin at the Limewire Metaverse Music Festival and helped legitimize Crypto Money Records as a serious player in Web3 music.
